Our culture describes anger as dangerous, uncontrolled and destructive. We have learned to suppress this feeling because angry people are described as violent, unprofessional and insane. Anger is a great force in us, which can serve us as a valuable source of energy and information in life. We need anger, e.g. to set boundaries, consciously bring about change, make decisions, express clarity and lead the way. But we learn nothing about it in our society. We learn nothing about the great warrior power within us. We have lost access to this source of clarity. Once anger arises, it usually feels as if anger dominates us, rather than that we dominate anger.

Would you like to open a new chapter in your life and learn to consciously and responsibly integrate the power of anger into your life and use it for yourself? Then we invite you to reclaim your warrior power and experience the clarity and energy it holds for you.

What is your benefit?

  • You learn to connect to your anger power in a safe space and express it consciously.
  • You experience responsible feelings work.
  • You get clarity about how anger constructively serves you as a source of energy and information - in your private life as well as at work.
  • You learn to set powerful boundaries that don't have to be loud.
  • You learn to say a clear 'yes' or 'no' instead of an uncertain 'maybe'.
  • You experience that your anger strengthens the immediate clarity for decisions.
