Rage Club Series are four weekly transformational meetings with the duration of 2h30 with an experienced spaceholder. The purpose of Rage Club is to consciously tap into the feeling of anger so that anger is available to you whenever you need it, without being possessed or overwhelmed by it. Participating in a Series Rage Club is a commitment to be on the Team and explore together the multitude of facets of anger for all 4 weeks. This includes: four 2h30 sessions and a WhatsApp group to share and support each other in between the sessions. This Series of Rage Club is limited to 15 people. Participation in the Rage Club Series means commitment to all four weeks.
In modern culture we are deeply conditioned to believe that it is not okay to be angry because “anger is one of the negative feelings,” or because “anger is dangerous, loud, embarrassing, uncivilized”. When you learn to own your anger and use it responsibly, you get clarity and can act, protect yourself and stop getting involved in victim-drama-stories.
Rage Clubs are an extremely safe learning environments allowing you to reconnect to the power of your anger.
During the Rage Club Series, we will explore:
- how to keep your centre and attention, even in face of ‘authority’ and distractions
- how to say ‘No’ and ’Stop' and ‘Yes'
- how to make commitments that change who you are, a change that shows up in your actions
- how to use low intensity anger (between 1-20%) in your every day life (to make decisions, say what you want, negotiate intimacy, clear out things, and unleash the mysterious intelligence of your feelings that has so long been suppressed)
- how to use ordinary and archetypal levels of anger as a neutral source of energy and information
- how to distinguish between the different source of your anger
- etc, depending on your necessity.
