For 15 years I worked as a Project Leader and Key Account Manager in well-known companies. During that time I became painfully aware of the fact that most people never learned to interact in a really relational way, follow their inspiration and bring their talents into the world. Instead we are often stuck in a labyrinth of unconscious beliefs, projections, old emotions and patterns that keep preventing us over and over again from creating a fulfilling life and fulfilling relationships.
I started investigating into the topics of personal development, conflict management, team building, relationship creation and development of human potential. I attended numerous seminars and trainings, learned elements from e.g. transaction analysis and systemic coaching and finally completed several years of training to become a certified Possibility Management Trainer. A completely new game world opened up for me; an incredible context allowing people to leap over their old boundaries, reconnect to their power, create a fulfilling life and fulfilling relationships and be inspired. My life changed considerably. I got answers to questions how I could connect to my true being and how to unfold my full potential. To get there, I had to look deep inside my own inner terrains.
Since 2008 I have been Trainer for Personal Transformation and Relationship Coach by vocation. With a lot of sensitiveness, joy of life and great clarity I lead people through change processes to new opportunities and empower them to develop their true potential and to live fulfilling relationships - both professionally and privately. I am grateful for all the skills I have learned and experienced myself on my diversified way and which I combine today in my trainings. To experience how people leap over their inner boundaries and come into their full power is what inspires me during my work over and over again. It fills my heart with joy to see how people get this unique, vivid, radiant sparkle in their eyes. When do we meet?
