Core Trainings
What is a Training?
A Training in the context of Possibility Management is a modern initiation work. It is not a school and it is not a seminary. It leads you to a beneficial shift in perspective and expanded perception, so you live your vision instead of dreaming about it.
You will work with not only with one, but with 5 Bodies: the Physical body, your Intellectual body, your Emotional body, your Energetic body, and your Archetypal body. You will explore internal and external resources that go far beyond what (only) the mind could provide you. You pave the way to become your destiny in action.
Core Initiations.
Core trainings are centered around stabilizing your Point-of-Origin in your Center of Authority in your authentic adulthood, or Adult Ego State. This way your actions and choices come from the application of your consciousness, your true values, and your research.
In Possibility Management we have distilled 51 Core Initiations. Engaging these 51 Core Initiations in your Adult Ego State gives you opportunity to access the Archetypal domains.
The Core Trainings are designed especially to offer these Core Initiations to participants. Here is an overview of Possibility Management’s core trainings.
Expand The Box
A 4 or 5-day residential training, or a month-long online training, to be introduced to the basic distinctions of Possibility Management. through hands-on experience.
Expand The Box Training is our basic initiation training - the door opener for all other Core and Advanced Initiations.
Completing and Expand The Box Training gives you the opportunity to participate in Possibility Labs and Speciality Labs.
Possibility Village Labs
A 5-day residential trainings delivering deeper initiatory processes into adulthood. The purpose of a Possibility Lab is to crate doorways and internal capacity to bring more consciousness in every day life.
During Possibility Labs we set up and take down the training spaces together, prepare meals and clean-up together. This builds the practical capacity to create a learning community. We collaborate.
Possibility Labs are spaces of growth, healing, initiation, and high level fun!
Speciality Labs
Specialty Labs dive head first into a specific territory of healing, transformation and creation.
Speciality Labs do not replace Possibility Village Labs as the Core Archan Adulthood Initiations are only delivered in the latter.
Some of the most popular Speciality Labs are: Women of Earth Lab, Heal From School Lab, Radical Relating Lab, Gameworld Building Lab, Evolutionary Lab, Trainer Skills Lab, and Possibilitators Lab.
