Possibility Management is copyleft and open source thoughtware, and offers modern work for initiation into authentic adult life.

We offer a radically empowering learning framework to create a new regenerative culture on Earth: Archiarchy.

The healing and transformational work unfolds in four main dimensions: Feelings Work is about owning and maturing your Feelings and Emotions, Shadow Work is about owning the unconscious patterns and forces in you, Destiny Work is for taking responsibility for your calling or mission, and Culture Making is about taking responsibility for your true values in creating the culture you want to live in.

Feelings Work

Your Feelings and Emotions are not a design error. There are no good or bad feelings. Your Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Joy are powerful fuel to serve your life.

You can learn how to consciously harness the power of your feelings and use them to become a person of agency with more integrity, more capable of creating intimacy, love, clarity, collaboration, and be your Destiny in action.

Shadow Work

In Possibility Management we call this Gremlin Transformation Work.

Gremlin is the name we give to the part of you that is dedicated to protecting the Status Quo of your survival strategies.

Gremlin does this by creating irresponsible and disempowering situations and circumstances based on scarcity, competition, and survival. When Gremlin takes over you do not know the true cost of your actions.

Gremlin is not bad. Your Gremlin can become one of the biggest sources of non-linear creation to serve your life and your Destiny.

Destiny Work

You are born with a set of Archetypal Forces of Nature called Bright Principles. They are facets of Consciousness and Archetypal Love. This is part of your Archetypal Nature.

Your Bright Principles are at work in your life whether you are Conscious of them or not. The value of becoming aware of your Bright Principles and choosing to serve them is that you gain the Clarity to make life choices moment-to-moment in Resonance and Collaboration with them and serve a bigger purpose.

Culture Making

What is the culture you truly long to live in? Every aspect of modern civilization needs to be reinvented or invented. You are the key for aspects of Archiarchy that regenerative cultures emerging on planet Earth need.

Each step of your research in how to create what you want there to exist for yourself and others is a playing field, a Gameworld. You can become a gameworld builder and create new ways of collaborating, relating, valuing, learning, living, and dying.

Possibility Management specializes in training Trainers and Possibilitators to excellently deliver thoughtware upgrade.
