Beyond a culture of comfort or fighting, I take a Stand for people's capacity to grow into what they have been told they could not. I see valuable potentials in people that are frightening to embrace. Through calling forth each person's authority I co-create a village centered on diverse practices of care, mutual respect, Initiation and Healing - ready to take appropriate action now.

For most of my life I somehow knew that something else was possible. The only question was: where can I learn the skills needed to effectively facilitate these changes. After all, I had no classes in how to use my feelings, or how to communicate collaboratively, or how to build empowered teams and gameworlds.
It was through well placed coincidences (thank you Universe!) that I encountered transformational works and finally Possibility Management. To this day transformational spaces are my home.
My unflinching curiosity for facing painful edges, reactivity, and scary underworld patterns supports people to re-connect with their own ease and joy of discovery. My intention is to empower women and men to remember and show up for their own Dignity by being a living example of a dignified Woman of Earth.
As much as the fundamental characteristics of matter fascinated me as a carpenter, researching and navigating the 'nuts and bolts' of human inner worlds is the magic I am here for.
