What kind of women do you want around you? on your team? How can you invoke these qualities in women? The qualities you want in other women, they already live within you and in the women around you, but there are stories that you carry —that all women carry—about yourself, and about other women.

These stories come partly from our own experience, but mostly they come from the culture itself about what a woman is, what she is capable of, what she is competent at — and what she is NOT competent at. And creating a new culture is not on the list of competences for Women in Patriarchy...

Then, it is up to us to call forth something new in each other so that the culture we do long for exists in reality, between us, in our relationships, and our collaboration.

There are already many women who are building new stories of collaboration and creation of a new culture.

On February 1st, Anne-Chloé Destremau and Vera Franco shared about the Women of Earth movement, where Women are waking up and taking back their own authority to radically collaborate and build a new culture, one that is more aligned with their hearts and with all life on Earth.
